The view from the front porch, perhaps "the best front porch view in Utah" with a snow dusting in spring.

We define "Peak Season" from March 1st till November 26th after Thanksgiving.

'Holiday Periods/weekends' throughout the year require 2 night minimum stay & are at 'peak' prices.

All weekends in April/May/June and September/October require a 2 night minimum stay.
All rates assume double occupancy and include a complimentary breakfast at Oscars Cafe.

Children by permission only, and when allowed must be accompanied by their parents at all times.

Check in is from 3pm. Please call if you will arrive after 6pm so we can make key arrangements.

UNDER-THE-EAVES has a NO-SMOKING POLICY.

NO PETS please; But see the Doggy Dude Ranch for local (very friendly) pet boarding.

Under the Eaves is in the heart of Springdale. Springdale is centrally located in Southwest Utah, two minutes from the gate to Zion National Park and is a convenient "home base" for travel throughout the Grand Circle region. Springdale has several great restaurants, an outdoor theatre, an Imax and many 'rock' and art galleries all combining to make a multiple-night stay here very enjoyable. Bryce National Park, The Grand Canyon North Rim, and Lake Powell are all within 2 1/2 hours drive, and make great day trips.
